- Shower trap seal damaged
- Waterproofing damaged
- Tray Cracked
- Pipe leaking inside wall onto floor.
- Dry area first, run water directly into the trap and see if leak returns.
- Please call us in to investigate
- Blank of the shower outlet with a balloon. Fill tray with water and see if it holds.
- Dry area first and don’t use shower, if water returns shower mixer or pipe could be damaged.

- Faulty or nonexistent water proofing
- Pipe or shower mixer leaking inside wall onto floor
- Damaged or lose sewer connection
- Check property file for waterproofing PS3 details.
- Dry area first and don’t use shower, if water returns shower mixer or pipe could be damaged.
- Dry area and don’t use shower. If no water returns then likely shower outlet, trap or water proofing.
